Kramer VP-690

In NAB 2013 we can see for the first time the new climber/switcher VP-690 Kramer. The new model accepts nine SD/HD/3G HD-SDI signals, two HDMI inputs, two graphics inputs from PC/Mac by 15 pins HD connector, two video inputs composed with RCA connectors and two component video inputs, also with RCA connectors.

This unit dimensions the video, incorporates audio and emits the signal simultaneously to an HDMI output, a computerized graphic video output and an RGBHV video output, as well as digital audio output and a stereo analog audio output.

The VP-690 automatically detects and selects the audio source for HDMI input. In case of not detecting HDMI, then the machine uses the analog input audio. The unit is also compatible with HDTV and HDCP, which allows the copy of protected data at the HDMI input to move on to an HDMI output.

This model has about twenty output resolutions, a 3G HD-SDI input looping and a memory that keeps all the definitions made.

Your control can be carried out directly or through the front panel buttons, from RS-232 connected to a touch screen, a PC or other series controller, or through remote control or through the Ethernet port itself.
