Pablo Rio, a total finish solution that goes far beyond color correction

The new version of software for Pablo Rio (2.0 Rev3) unleashes the power of its multi-GPU architecture and the integration with Aja Corvid Ultra, constituting a powerful solution for total finish. Equipped with three GPUS NVIDIA TESLA Kepler K20, is now capable of delivering more than 20 layers of color correction to complete resolution 4K in real time.

One of the aspects that most attracts Paul's attention is the ease and transparency that integrates into the same material timeline into different resolutions from cameras ranging from a simple Go Pro to the RAW material from Red Alexa or Sony F65.

Quantel has just launched the new version of software for Pablo Rio (2.0 Rev3) that gives free rein to the power of its multi-gpu architecture and the integration with Aja Corvid Ultra.

Now, Pablo Rio equipped with three NVIDIA Tesla Keplr K20 GPUS will deliver more than 20 layers of color correction to full resolution 4K in real time, or around 50 to 2K, with a unique performance in the market today. The incorporation of Aja Corvid Ultra will allow to deliver 60fps 4K in real time, with image monitoring at 60 fps 4k.

Quantel has also promoted Pablo Rio's tools, adding support for Apple Prores, improvements in “Mocha Planar Tracker”, real-time reproduction of the files from Sony F65 and the support for the Nugen Loudness View audio monitoring plug-in.
