Thanks to an agreement with the Brazilian Biquad Technology, the Spanish AEQ will begin manufacturing low-cost radio and compact equipment in Brazil.

In addition to the manufacturing of various products from AEQ's line of compact digital solutions in Brazil, the agreement also provides for an exchange of technologies. This equipment will be produced and guaranteed by Biquad in its factory in the Vale da Eletrônica industrial hub, in Santa Rita do Sapucaí (Minas Gerais, Brazil).

The entire AEQ product line will have local support and technical assistance services, in addition to having immediate replacement parts from Biquad.

AEQ CapitolThe solutions initially contemplated in this alliance are the digital audio consoles of the Forum and Capitol line, in addition to the Bravo analog console, the TH03 one- and two-channel digital hybrids and the audio codecs for communication via IP of the Phoenix line.

AEQ, in its more than three decades of existence, sells its solutions in more than 85 countries, including Brazil, where it began operations in 1992 and has a large number of reference facilities. Now, thanks to this agreement, it aims to achieve a greater market share while improving local service and access to financing lines.

For its part, Biquad was founded in 2000 and is specialized in the development, manufacturing and marketing of transmission equipment, standing out in the development of solutions for audio processing. One of its flagship products is a digital audio processor that works on a DSP platform.

As part of the agreement between the Brazilian and Spanish company, AEQ will include Biquad products in its catalog for distribution abroad.
