Eela Audio renews its EA815 telephone hybrid

The EA815/2 is the latest version of Eela Audio's popular analog telephone hybrid. A new housing has been developed by adapting its power supply to international standards.

Electronic Audio has updated its EA815/1 telephone hybrid by developing a new housing (the dimensions of the case have changed), to adapt its power supply to international standards, changing the connector of the supply to allow the use of different standard mains adapters (Euro, United States / Japan / United Kingdom, 100..240Volts, 50/60 Hz).

The hybrid has a limiter, a band filter and can be used in combination with analog telephone lines. Voice control is used in conjunction with adjustable balance, to achieve the best damping of the sending signal. The unit has balanced lines in and out with XLR type connectors and Opto isolated remote controls on a D-9 connector. Send and receive gain is adjustable through the front panel.

Its rack mounting has been simplified and has special brackets for mounting in a 19″ rack: EA800/3 rackmount kit for one unit and EA800/4 rackmount kit for two units.
