VSN will present its news for MAM and live production at BIT Broadcast

Among the new features are VSNExplorer PAM, a production module for its MAM-BPM, and VSNLivecom, a solution for studio automation for news and sports.

Those attending BIT Broadcast 2014, which is held at Feria de Madrid between May 20 and 22, will be able to see first-hand the new products and functionalities of the suite of VSN. Specifically VSNExplorer PAM, production module for its MAM-BPM, and VSNLivecom, studio automation for news and sports.

The production module, VSNExplorer PAM, launched in Las Vegas last month, adds sequence management capabilities for Premiere, FCP and Avid MC to VSN's content and business process management solution. By registering sequences in the system, you can monitor the associated media at all times, archive entire projects and optimize the use of production storage.

In addition to the new production module, the MAM-BPM solution, VSNExplorer, comes with improvements in search functions, the possibility of sending content to social networks and webTV and native integration with Sony's ODA library. VSNExplorer is also available in the cloud and has the UMP transfer acceleration protocol integrated, making it one of the most complete solutions on the market for distributed broadcast environments and content exchange platforms.

La solución de producción de noticias y directos también llega con cambios sustanciales. Los visitantes podrán ver la demostración de VSNLivecom, automatización de estudio compatible MOS, con control de hasta 16 canales (4 A/B/C/D, 4 auxiliares y sus redundancias) integrado con VSNNews Terminal y NCS de terceros. Otra novedad es VSNLivelogger, herramienta para catalogado de eventos en directo.

Los asistentes podrán ver también en funcionamiento los distintos módulos de la solución de automatización de MCR y distribución, entre los que destaca VSNMulticom, automatización avanzada de continuidad ahora completamente integrada con webTV.
