The Show brought together the latest news from 224 companies from 25 countries and was visited by 8,138 professionals. The success of the 60 workshops, with more than 3,000 attendees, as well as the extensive program of presentations made by the companies participating in the Show, set up a context of great sectoral dynamism.
From May 20 to 22, Feria de Madrid hosted BIT Broadcast 2014, the call par excellence of the audiovisual industry that brought together the proposals and novelties of 224 companies from 25 countries and 8,138 professionals visited.
In a first assessment, the participating companies have been very satisfied with the results obtained, which, in some cases, have been revealed to be above their expectations. Professionals have also valued the high qualification of visitors, as well as the new format of the Show that has successfully combined the commercial exhibition with multiple activities focused on sharing knowledge and experiences.
In this chapter, we must highlight, precisely, the success of the program of 60 workshops, organized in collaboration with the magazine Panorama Audiovisual, with more than 3,000 professionals in attendance.
The workshops, developed in a very agile format of just half an hour each, featured interventions by high-level experts who shared their projects and experiences on issues of great interest and current relevance regarding capture, studio, IPTV, broadcast, radio, film, post-production, production and other AV solutions in professional environments.
