3D Storm launches LiveXpert at IBC, a whole set of solutions to complement Tricaster and 3Play

This offering is designed to complement the TriCaster and 3Play instant replay systems.

3D Storm, the official distributor of Newtek in EMEA, debuts a new line of solutions at IBC 2014: LiveXpert. This offering is designed to complement the TriCaster and 3Play instant replay systems. The LiveXpert line also includes products compatible with some of the image switchers.

The product aims to streamline live production jobs with a workflow capable of responding to the demand for tools to manage, create and add online graphics in a live production. It responds to the demand of today's producers and the desire of viewers that encompasses live production, fast production time, cost reduction and increases replay opportunities with high-quality instant content.

LiveCG Broadcast para TriCaster

One of the stars of the 3D Storm stand is LiveCG, a proposal that provides all the graphics necessary for high-quality television production, including fixed and animated logos, instant or roll tickers, clocks, countdown timers, dynamic data and bitmap sequences. In conjunction with the Social Hub LiveCG Broadcast software module, you can connect to social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Flirk or Whatsapp to broadcast messages including SMSs in real time.

The SDI version can be easily integrated into all streaming productions. If we add all the features of the LiveCG Broadcast and TriCaster, the SDI offers content and output connection to Social Hub that becomes standard, as well as all video connection outputs.

For sports environments and in order to show lineups, statistics or results, Newtek has the union of Tricaster and 3Play. The application works from a remote server or laptop connected to the TriCaster or 3Play via Ethernet using the iVGA protocol, for live broadcast and displaying figures and graphics in real time on the stadiums' giant screens.

Live CG Scores can also be seen in this IBC as a multi-sports application for graphics and scoreboards on Newtek, TriCaster and 3Play. Provides the tools necessary to easily display teams and player presentations, as well as tennis, basketball and ice hockey scoreboards. The application works from a remote computer connected to the TriCaster or 3Play via Ethernet using the iVGA protocol.

LiveMixer

LiveMixer also stands out at IBC, an exclusive application that provides connection with Berhinger BCF200 or Yamaha 01V96i to any TriCaster HD model in order to remotely control the audio mixing functions of the TriCaster.

LiveMixer Remote allows you to transport TriCaster's graphical audio mixing interface on a dedicated workstation. The DB connector provides the ability to automate production cameras by triggering actions on the TriCaster based on audio levels and rules.

For tally, the proposal is LiveTally Air. A wireless solution since all you have to do is install the device on each camera, turn it on and it will automatically recognize the transmitter connected to the mixer. Intended for TriCaster and other video mixers.

LiveControl Box

It is the interface for TriCaster responsible for sending and receiving GPI (General Purpose Interface) from and to any device that supports GPI. The Box simplifies long-distance connections using an IP addressable, point-to-point architecture to send control messages over 10/100BASE-T cabling. As far as telestration is concerned, you won't want to miss the FingerWork 5 demo for TriCaster Telestrator. It is an intuitive real-time telestration tool dedicated to news and sports programs. Based on the touchscreen user interface, the FingerWorks 5 is used to draw freehand on video images while journalists and commentators are analyzing it live.
