YouOn has adapted its live HD streaming platform (YouOnLive) for the JVC GY-HM650, GY-HM850 and GY-HM890 cameras.

YouOnJVC Kenwood Ibérica and the Portuguese company YouOn, a Portuguese company specializing in this market, have developed a joint solution for the latest generation JVC professional cameras, which allows producing and broadcasting live HD content directly from the camera using YouOnLive, a live HD streaming platform from YouOn.

The first result of this cooperation between JVC and YouOn offers audiovisual service companies and production companies a reliable, secure and affordable solution so that they can offer their clients, and also operators their online subscribers, the production and broadcast of their programs over the Internet or IP networks, directly from JVC's GY-HM650, GY HM850 and GY-HM890 cameras, without the need for on-site computers or any additional equipment.

YouOn has adapted its live HD streaming platform (YouOnLive) for JVC cameras, so that professionals in the sector can access a demonstration space and their companies or clients can directly carry out the necessary tests and check the results of their content broadcast online, thanks to the experience of the streaming technologies of both companies.

The JVC GY-HM650, GY-HM850 and GY-HM890 cameras can directly produce and transmit real-time HD video streaming with a simple 3G/4G modem over a YouOn CDN network, and in turn publish it to the web on a global scale, with the latest generation of HD live streaming technologies.

Thanks to the technical solution integrated into JVC cameras and YouOnLive, no auxiliary equipment is necessary to encode the signal. In this way it is possible to produce the programs with reduced human teams and minimal technical resources, being able to use a single JVC camera and a simple modem; which represents cost savings, maximum ease of handling and more efficient workflows. Additionally, signal transmission is secure and lossless, with minimal latency rates. The solution also makes it easier to carry out events in multi-camera configurations or from other sources, providing highly professional results, on par with the quality of content offered by large online video operators.

Any user of JVC cameras models GY-HM650, GY-HM850 and GY-HM890 with the latest version of firmware installed can request a demonstration of the system or request additional information about both the cameras and the platform in the link.
