Blackmagic Design revolutionizes the special effects industry with Fusion 7
Fusion 7, one of the most advanced programs on the market in terms of special effects and graphic animations, is now available for free.
Starting this Monday, Fusion 7, one of the most advanced programs on the market in terms of special effects and graphic animations, is now available for free.
Previously, the price of any quality tool for creating special effects was very high, and only a limited number of artists could access them. However, the ability to download a free version of Fusion 7 will allow more users to delve deeper into this field. This will revolutionize the industry according to Blackmagic Design, and consumers will benefit from better quality feature films and television series.
Additionally, the company announced the availability of Fusion 7 Studio, a complete suite of tools for creating special effects and graphic animations with capabilities for collaborative work and image rendering over computer networks that are ideal for creative teams and larger facilities. On the other hand, Fusion 7 Studio allows you to reduce the expenses associated with creating studies for multiple users. The program will be available for $995 at all Blackmagic Design product resellers.
Fusion has been one of Hollywood's favorite tools for special effects and graphic animation for more than 25 years, and has been used in thousands of feature films and television projects, including Maleficent, Edge of Tomorrow, Sin City: The Woman I Would Kill For, The Amazing Spiderman 2 y the hunger games, as well as Battlestar Galactica, Orphan Black and other successful series.
A complete solution
The free version of Fusion 7 is a complete solution that offers a wide range of features. It has endless tools for creating special effects and graphic animations that can be used for both personal and commercial purposes. Additionally, the program has an infinite three-dimensional work area and a node-based operating structure that makes it easy to create a large number of effects quickly.
On the other hand, users will be able to use functions that allow them to compose 3D scenes, retouch images, apply rotoscopic techniques, resynchronize and stabilize different shots, create titles, generate three-dimensional particles, and superimpose several video layers (even using Primatte technology). Likewise, Fusion 7 provides the ability to import and render three-dimensional objects and scenes from other applications or create completely new elements.
Fusion 7 Studio will be available for $995 and, in addition to having all the features of the free version, offers other high-end features including optical flow analysis tools for advanced synchronization, 3D image stabilization and creation, support for OpenFX plugins for other applications, and simultaneous rendering on an unlimited number of computers using computer networks. Likewise, this version includes an application called Generation that allows the different members of a creative team to work together to manage, review or track the different shots that make up the production. Likewise, users have the possibility of moving a project created with the free version to a system on which Fusion 7 Studio has been installed to take advantage of the benefits of collaborative work and simultaneous rendering over networks.
Unlike other programs, Fusion 7 Studio does not require payment of an annual fee or subscription or licenses for each rendered node. It is also not necessary to have a connection to certain services. In this way, it is possible to avoid additional payments for an application that the user has already purchased.
