"Birdman and 'The Grand Budapest Hotel' were the big winners of the night. González Iñárritu won the Oscar for best director for his film 'Birdman', filmed as if it were a single take. The Academy also chose to reward the photography of this film, the work of Emmanuel Lubezki, who already won his first Oscar last year with 'Gavity'.
