MediaMelon and Media Excel join forces to improve video quality in OTT environments

The combination of services from both companies will improve streaming quality and reduce bitrate.

MediaMelon y Media Excel have closed an agreement to integrate their solutions aimed at improving video quality and bandwidth efficiency in OTT environments with a bitrate that can be reduced by up to 35%.

Nikos Kyriopoulos, Product Director at Media Excel, highlights that this company is "well known in the industry for three aspects: video quality, the reliability of the service and the flexibility of the entire ecosystem. MediaMelon's QBR technology fits perfectly into this framework, as it offers significant improvements in streaming video quality while ensuring service reliability in low bandwidth for both live and VOD workflows.
