Carmen AmoresThe journalist Carmen Amores will replace Ignacio Villa, at the proposal of the Castilian-La Mancha Government Council, as the new general director of Radio Television Castilla-La Mancha (RTVCM).

The future director of the RTVCM was deputy director of the Tal Como Somos program (Mediapro) from October 2002 to January 2006; director of the daily morning magazine Mediodía con Irma de Boomerang, in 2002, and deputy director of the Lo + Plus program on Canal +, from 1995 to 2002.

Amores had already worked between 2006 and 2010 for the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha as director of Contents and Programs, with Jordi García Candau as general director.

From 2010 to 2012, Amores worked for Vocento in the development of its channels, being director of La 10.

She is currently the antenna director at Canal Sur, a position she has held since April 2013, and a professor of Audiovisual Communication at the Francisco de Vitoria University.
