TVE begins testing the broadcast of 'TD1' with Spanish sign language interpreters on Canal 24 Horas
From Monday to Friday, Telediario 1 will have Spanish sign language interpreters in its test and live broadcast on Canal 24 Horas.
TVE has started a test broadcast in which professionals from the CNLSE Foundation (Center for Linguistic Normalization of Spanish Sign Language) will be in charge of translating live, through Channel 24 Hours, the contents of News News 1, which will also be offered with subtitles.
An important advance in access to information for deaf people, for which TVE has had the advice of the CNLSE itself and the Royal Board of Trustees on Disability
TVE also introduced sign language for the first time in the Face to Face between Mariano Rajoy and Pedro Sánchez.
