MOG MXFSPEEDRAIL F1000, the automated intake solution most used by the great Spanish broadcasters
This multiformat material intake system allows the transfer between camcorders, servers, editors and medium managers even maintaining the origin metadata.
Numerous Spanish broadcasters, medium technologies data clients, trust the centralization of file intake flows and the multiformate offered by the MXFSPEEDRAIL F1000 systems of MOG Technologies.
This multiformat material intake system allows the transfer between camcorders, servers, editors and medium managers even maintaining the origin metadata. In addition, it has tools such as Rewrap, Trim and Merge that allow the selection and pre-educational of materials from a very agile and intuitive interface.
RTVE, Mediaset, Atresmedia, Movistar+, AMC Networks, Telsos360, TVG, RTVCM, Canal Sur, Canary TV, Disney or RTV Galicia are some of the broadcasters that use this average automated intake solution. In the case of Mediaset, TVG or Channel South, in addition to this configuration, they use MOG Technologies systems for signal intake in SDISD/HD directly on Shared Shared Storage systems AVID ISIS.
David Martínez, COO de Data Technologies, acknowledges that “since our beginnings we have worked with Mog Technologies and have proven to be a company that knows how to adapt their products to the new market needs, new file formats and workflows, an example is the adaptation of the system to accept the new types of camcorders and recorders both Broadcast and professionals”.
In the case of Canal Sur Televisión, the Andalusian regional uses these two products for both the news production system and the emission system. In the first case, several F1000 have been integrated to receive contributions from audiovisual material from territorial delegations in addition to other external sources such as audiovisual producers. Next, this material is transferred to Avid ISIS and is registered in Avid Interplay for shared use. On the other hand, in the emission system, a dozen S1000 intake SDI signals that together with other F1000 normalize and transfer the MXF files to the rest of the automated system for emission.
MOG Technologies has an experience of more than a decade by promoting performance in workflows within environments based on audiovisual file exchange, ensuring high interoperability between formats and systems.
Joao Pereira, Sales Director at MOG, points out that "the fact of correctly understanding the needs of our customers and the ability to adapt and provide a solid and complete intake system, has helped us to gain the confidence of the market. Of course part of these results we could not have done without the collaboration of our re -llers, as medium data, whose support and consulting in situ is an important part."
