Blackmagic will open a temporary demonstration space in Madrid from June 13 to 15

In this open space, Blackmagic will demonstrate some of its new features such as the latest version of the DaVinci Resolve editing, grading and post-production system or its Micro Panel and Mini Panel panels. Professionals who attend this event will also be able to check out the creative possibilities offered by the URSA Mini Pro camera.

Framed in a European program, Blackmagic Design It will open a temporary space in Madrid on June 13, 14 and 15 in which it will demonstrate some of its new features.

Among them, the new DaVinci Resolve 14 stands out. This version is ten times faster and includes innovative tools for Fairlight quality audio editing, grading and post-production processes, as well as collaboration options between multiple users.

The new version includes hundreds of features for editors, colorists and, now, sound technicians. The new playback engine dramatically increases responsiveness, delivering vastly improved performance for editors. Likewise, the program offers an innovative module with tools for Fairlight quality audio post-production. These allow you to record, edit, mix, improve and master them, with a three-dimensional sound space and a maximum of 1000 channels. On the other hand, colorists have exceptional optimized filters that include automatic facial recognition and tracking functions to modify the appearance of different features.

In turn, DaVinci Resolve 14 features innovative tools for carrying out collaborative projects between multiple users, such as a chat, locking folders and merging timelines. In this way, different professionals can participate in the same project simultaneously. Thanks to all these features, DaVinci Resolve 14 is the most sophisticated program in the field of audiovisual post-productions.

Those who pass by Blackmagic's temporary space in Madrid these days will also be able to learn about the new DaVinci Resolve Micro Panel and DaVinci Resolve Mini Panel and, at the same time, participate in one of the free training courses organized by the Australian manufacturer. These workshops will be held twice a day, lasting three hours. Space is limited, so prior registration is required.

URSA Mini Pro

On the other hand, professionals will be able to experience the creative possibilities offered by the URSA Mini Pro camera. This digital cinema version for professionals combines exceptional image quality with the features and controls of a traditional studio camera. It has ergonomic side controls that allow you to easily modify settings without taking your eyes off the action.

It also includes neutral density filters, a screen and a revolutionary interchangeable mount that offers the possibility of using EF, PL or B4 lenses. On the other hand, it records at a maximum speed of 60 f/s and has two slots for UHS-II cards and another two for C-Fast 2.0 cards. Its lightweight design not only offers great comfort, but also facilitates all-day use, and the image quality obtained is significantly superior to that of other much more expensive cameras.

These open days will also be a great opportunity to share opinions with Blackmagic Design representatives and distributors, as well as network with other editors, colorists and directors of photography.
