A new edition of Madrid de Cine has been called for June 17-19

The main objective of this market is to promote international sales and international projection of Spanish cinema.

On June 17, 18 and 19, the VIII edition of Madrid de Cine – Spanish Film Screenings will take place, an event designed as an international platform for the promotion of Spanish cinema that has managed to position itself, as an essential event, on the calendar of international markets.

The main objective of this market is to promote international sales of Spanish cinema and to make known, to the specialized international press, the new releases that will soon be released in their countries of origin.

Among the numerous activities carried out, it is worth highlighting the viewing by international buyers of the most recent Spanish films. In addition, they have a video library with access to hundreds of Spanish premiere and catalog titles. In parallel, and for the promotion of Spanish cinema, exclusive interviews with the international press are held during the market. In short, a business space will be created, once again, for the international sale and promotion of Spanish cinema.

This eighth edition is organized by FAPAE (Confederation of Spanish audiovisual producers) and has the support of the ICAA (Institute of Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts), ICEX, Spain Export and Investment, the Community of Madrid, through the Vice Presidency, Ministry of Culture and Sports and Government Spokesperson, the Madrid City Council, through the Area of Arts, Sports and Tourism, and EGEDA (Management Entity Rights of Audiovisual Producers).
