Brainstorm's InfinitySet 3 to debut in Europe at IBC 2017

InfintySet 3, the latest version of Brainstorm's award-winning virtual studio application, will once again feature in the Spanish company's presence at IBC 2017. The new VisualMedia social media application will also be on display, as well as new broadcast graphics management solutions.

Brainstorm will show the latest versions of its product line of virtual studio and motion graphics solutions at IBC 2017. In addition, for the first time at this fair, the Spanish company will present VisualMedia, a real-time 3D graphics visualization solution, based on social media sources, as well as new graphics management solutions.

Launching shortly after the show, InfinitySet 3 includes a host of advanced graphics features, now incorporating Aston's suite of graphics creation tools so you can edit, manage and create high-end 2D and 3D motion graphics with full user control.

This solution, along with advanced rendering features such as PBR and HDR, also supports the Unreal engine, which can be combined with the Brainstorm eStudio engine to create next-generation results with stunning results and endless possibilities.

This combined rendering engine feature simplifies setup as it requires no additional hardware like studio mixers and can be easily integrated into any broadcaster's existing installation.

InfinitySet 3 will also showcase new Augmented Reality features shown at NAB, such as the VirtualGate capability that integrates the presenter not only into the virtual set, but also into additional content within it, and VideoCAVE, a Mixed Reality application using monitors in a real set that functions as a CAVE multi-window.

VisualMedia

On the other hand, VisualMedia is a joint solution for providing real-time 3D graphics visualization based on social media feeds and second screen data developed by Brainstorm and never.no that enables real-time rendering of structured social media information using moving 3D graphics. VisualMedia is one of the results of the partnership of both companies in 'Project VisualMedia' developed from the Europe 2020 Horizon platform and will be shown in its final configuration before its commercial debut in January 2018.

SmartSet

At IBC 2017 Brainstorm will launch SmartSet, a solution for graphics on small televisions that provides advanced virtual set and augmented reality applications without the need to create your own sets. These template-based solutions deliver on-air content that has been created using pre-built or pre-built templates specifically designed in Brainstorm applications.

Finally, Brainstorm will introduce a new integrated template-based system based on MOS that enables complex graphical integration not only in the newsroom, but also in most common broadcast workflows, transcending the newsroom to support continuity and traffic. This solution builds on the experience gained with BrainNews, which is the company's graphics application for news applications, and now transcends the newsroom to become a sophisticated MOS-compatible on-air graphics control system that allows the integration of Brainstorm's powerful applications in real time throughout the entire workflow without the need for continuous intervention from designers.
