Atresmedia has presented its new entertainment bet for prime time at the Vitoria FesTVal. The Container It is a groundbreaking format that comes to Spain thanks to Antena 3 after its international success. Originally from Denmark (Stripped) where it premiered in 2015 on the DR3 channel in Denmark and became the channel's most watched program by multiplying the network's average in Prime Time by five.

Other countries in which the format has triumphed are Finland, Germany and Sweden. In the United Kingdom, where it has also been broadcast, it increased the audience for Channel 4's Prime Time by 48%. In the United States, a version is being prepared that will be broadcast in the coming months.

Four households with very different profiles (a family from Alicante, a couple from Sabadell, two friends from Malaga and three roommates from Valencia) face an experience that will completely change the lives of its participants and open the debate about what we really need. For 9 days and 10 nights they will live stripped of absolutely all their belongings, including clothes, and will have to maintain their daily routines: go to work, school or the gym. They will not be able to buy anything, except the food or drink of the day.

In addition, it is prohibited to bring into the home any object from outside that has not left its container. They have their own house, electricity and running water as their only possessions.

All your objects will be confiscated in a container located one kilometer from your own home. Each of them will be able to recover only one item per day. What will be the first thing you really need?

The Container is produced by Atresmedia Televisión, in collaboration with Shine Iberia (I slip).
