Deluxe Entertainment strengthens its management team in EMEA

Former BBC executive Andrew Bell will be the new vice president of operations and technology in Europe and the Middle East.

Deluxe Entertainment Services Group (Deluxe) has strengthened its management team in EMEA with the incorporation of Andrew Bell, former executive vice president of global operations at BBC Worldwide, as senior vice president, operations and technology.

Bell, who has worked with Deluxe in his previous roles at both the BBC and Encompass, will be responsible for all operational activities in Europe and the Middle East.

George Eyles, business development

On the other hand, George Eyles, who until now held the position of general director of the company's Digital Cinema division, will be promoted to Business Development Directorate all over the world.

Eyles will lead worldwide sales and business development for Deluxe Distribution, bringing together all of the company's product-specific resource groups, sales and support teams, and business development functions into one group. Eyles will remain involved as a digital cinema subject matter expert in EMEA, allowing him to continue supporting this key service.

Bell y Eyles They will report to Walter Schonfeld, global president from Deluxe Distribution. Schonfeld commented that "Andrew will lead a team focused on developing sophisticated operational solutions that continue to build on the high-performance culture our clients demand. George's extensive industry experience and success with our digital cinema business over the past few years puts him in a unique position to drive growth around the world as Deluxe unifies its distribution businesses: distribution, localization and digital cinema."
