Broadcast Solutions reorganizes its management team

The systems integrator Broadcast Solutions proposes an executive co-management structure in which Stefan Breder and Maximilian Breder will be at the helm. At the same time, Zlatan Gavran has been appointed chief operating officer of the company.

Stefan Breder highlights that "with Zlatan Gavran we have gained a highly experienced sector expert as COO. Together we will successfully lead our company in the coming years."

Gavran joins Broadcast Solutions from NEP Germany. “Throughout my career, and especially at NEP, I have been a Broadcast Solutions customer,” says Gavran. "I know how reliable, innovative and passionate the company is. When they invited me to join their management team, I naturally jumped at the opportunity."

Zlatan Gavran studied bachelor's and master's degrees in audiovisual and broadcasting technology at the Stuttgart Media University. His career has taken him to senior positions in large companies, culminating with eight years as CEO of NEP Germany. He brings a proven track record in innovative systems engineering and strong leadership to his new role.

This reinforcement of the management team guarantees a stable and planned future for the company. Along with the co-CEOs and Gavran, Rainer Kampe will remain technical director, and Wladislaw Grabowski will also maintain his management position as COO. Zlatan Gavran will now take direct responsibility for all broadcast operations, from workflow design and project management to purchasing and quality control.
