Twenty Spanish companies participate in NAB 2018 with their latest innovations
About twenty Spanish companies specializing in audiovisual products, services and technologies attend the 2018 edition.
AMETIC, the employers' association of the Spanish technological and digital sector, coordinates, for another year, Spanish participation in NAB 2018, which will be held in Las Vegas (United States) from April 9 to 12. The event, organized by the National Association of Broadcasters, brings together more than 1,800 exhibitors (of which more than 800 come from outside the United States) and will have more than 103,000 attendees from 161 countries, being one of the only three international sector fairs that manages to attract the most prominent players in the entire value chain, both in the creation and consumption of content.
In an ecosystem in which digital transformation is affecting production environments, mass distribution of content or devices related to information and entertainment, the Spanish industry provides solutions aligned with the latest trends in the sector, capable of competing at the highest international level on any platform.
En la edición de 2018 del NAB Show se podrán conocer, entre otras, las últimas tendencias y novedades sectoriales relacionadas con la Ultra Alta Definición en 4K/8K (incluyendo HDR y HFR), realidad aumentada o realidad virtual. Todo ello en un entorno en el que se ofrecen al usuario final productos cada vez más personalizados y en el que, a su vez, están cobrando un protagonismo progresivo la inteligencia artificial, el reconocimiento de voz o la ciberseguridad como medios para contribuir al desarrollo de aplicaciones que van más allá de la imaginación.
22 Spanish companies specialized in audiovisual products, services and technologies will attend the 2018 edition, including AEQ, Brainstorm, Btesa, Egatel, Gsertel, ISID, Itelsis, Media Bank, OMB, Ovide, Promax Electrónica, Rymsa, Sapec, SGO, Steady Gum, Tedial, Televés, Tredess, TRYO Communications, Vector 3, Velvet Light and VSN. A good representation of Spanish know-how that can be visited in the North Hall and the South Hall. In addition to the companies that attend Las Vegas under the AMETIC umbrella, at NAB we can find other companies such as Automatic TV on the SL6827, along with WTVision and Omny4Sky (MediaPro group).
Y aunque el arranque de feria ha comenzado algo accidentado debido al retraso del envío conjunto del equipamiento en un flete por barco que partió de España hace más de tres meses y al que la cada vez más estricta política arancelaria estadounidense ha provocado un retraso en la entrega de la mercancía en el recinto ferial de Las Vegas, seguro que este NAB será todo un éxito para la delegación española.
