Patricia Betancort will be in charge of conducting the 2018 Panorama Awards gala on May 8 at Feria de Madrid-IFEMA.
The popular journalist from Gran Canaria has a degree in Economics and Business Sciences from the University of Seville.
Betancort, one of the most popular faces on the small screen, began his professional career at a very young age at the Andalusian production company TV ZZJ. Since then he has presented countless informative and entertainment spaces on Telecinco (Time, for speaking that does not remain), Castilla La Mancha Television (La Mancha live, Informative), 13TV (Behind the truth), Divinity (D. Lujo) and Spanish Television (The unmissable, Alfa Code, Spain in Community…). Currently it presents a space in the magazine Good morning, Good afternoon that TVE Internacional broadcasts on both sides of the Atlantic.
Antonio Castillo, director of Panorama Audiovisual, has highlighted that "the elegance and good work of Patricia Betancort will be evident once again at the Panorama Awards ceremony, which in this edition will be held in the unique space usually occupied by the Madrid Fashion Week catwalk. Without a doubt, it is a very complex space from a scenographic point of view, which is why we trust in a professional of her stature to conduct an hour and a half ceremony along a thirty-meter-long catwalk."
The Panorama Awards gala, the awards that recognize excellence, technological development and innovation of companies, professionals and productions in television, film, radio and advertising... will be set this year in the big city illuminated by the light of neon and clear North American reminiscences.
As special guests at the great event for audiovisual professionals, the ceremony will be attended by Morgan, the indie band of the moment.
The producer, director and director Fernando Navarrete you will receive the Panorama Lifetime Award in recognition of his mastery in television production with a career spanning more than fifty years where he has been an innovator in the use of technology, language and formats.
