Matrox launches X.mio5 Q25 controller with support for SMPTE ST 2110 standard
Matrox X.mio5 Q25 offers multiple channels of IP video transmission in and out from HD to 4K, without needing to use a CPU.
Matrox just released the new X.mio5 Q25 network interface controller card with support for the SMPTE ST 2110 standard.

Designed as a COTS SMPTE ST 2110 NIC with video recognition, the X.mio5 Q25 offers maximum 24/7 reliability and interoperability for broadcast equipment and scalability in IP infrastructures.
X.mio5 Q25 allows PC-based platforms to receive and transmit four 4K/UHD p60, sixteen 1080 p60, thirty-two HD or any equivalent combination of streams over 25GbE. The solution also includes high-quality on-board video processing to offload CPU and GPU resources. The card is compatible with the Matrox SDK, ensuring rapid system development and deployment.
