Matrox approves JT-NM Interop program, reflecting its commitment to SMPTE ST 2110

Matrox NIC cards complete both the SMPTE ST 2110 standard and NMOS/JT-NM TR-1001 specification tests for open standard IP-based media and entertainment workflows.

Matrox NICMatrox has made known in this IBC that its network interface controller cards (NIC) X.mio5 Q25, X.mio5 IP y DSX LE5 D25 SMPTE ST 2110 have successfully passed the testing program of the Joint Task Force on Networked Media (JT-NM) latest for both the standard SMPTE ST 2110 as for specification NMOS/JT-NM TR-1001.

Matrox's participation and technical contributions to the testing initiative represent a renewed commitment to maintaining the most high level of interoperability across multiple vendors in SMPTE ST 2110, IP-based deployments.

The JT-NM Tested program offers potential buyers of IP-based equipment a broader, more documented view of how vendors' equipment aligns with open industry standards. The Matrox X.mio5 Q25,

With integrated support for IS-04 NMOS device detection and registration, the NMOS device connection management IS-05, IS-09 NMOS system, LLDP, DHCP and DNS-SD specifications, Matrox NICs completely abstract all low-level design work, allowing OEMs to easily integrate their solutions into the ST 2110 networking environment.
