Cooke will exhibit its new full-frame lenses at Cine Gear 2018
The full-frame S7/i lens range is designed from the ground up to cover emerging full-frame cine camera sensors up to the full sensor area (46.31mm image circle) of the RED Weapon 8K.
Cooke Optics will present its range of S7/i full-frame lenses at Cine Gear 2018, from May 31 to June 3 in Los Angeles, along with Anamorphic/i, Anamorphic/i SF (“Special Flair”), Panchro/i Classics and their other lens families.
The full-frame S7/i lens range is designed from the ground up to cover emerging full-frame cine camera sensors up to the full sensor area (46.31mm image circle) of the RED Weapon 8K. It is also an ideal partner for the acclaimed camera system of Sony Venice and the new large format camera system ARRI AlexaLF.
Les Zellan, CEO of Cooke Optics, highlights that "it is always a pleasure to come to Cine Gear and present our latest lens technology to such an expert audience. With the emergence of full frame cameras, the continued popularity of the anamorphic format and the desire for vintage looks, we will have a lot to talk about."
Cooke lenses have recently been used in award-winning feature films such as Darkest Hour y Call Me By Your Name, and series like Altered Carbon, The Expanse and The Crown.
