All the videos of the BIT Audiovisual 2018 Technical Conference are now available

On the occasion of BIT Audiovisual 2018, it hosted an extensive program of Technical Conferences in which prominent professionals participated and analyzed the hottest topics in the audiovisual industry. Now, IFEMA publishes the videos of all these panels and presentations.

The professional Audiovisual Technology Show, BIT Audiovisual, organized by IFEMA from May 8 to 10 at Feria de Madrid, had an extensive training programs Technical Journeys in which prominent professionals shared their vision and experiences regarding technologies, business models and future perspectives. Now, IFEMA has published the videos of all these panels and presentations.

The program was organized around four thematic areas dedicated to broadcast, corporate and digital signage, cinema and advertising. Among the many topics addressed, these conferences served to learn about the new unified hybrid television platform under the HbbTv standard promoted by RTVE, Atresmedia and Mediaset España.

Spanish Television also presented RTVE's Journalism Innovation Hub project focused on the comprehensive production of television, radio and multimedia.

Another focus of interest that was taken into account at BIT 2018 was Ultra High Definition 4K, emphasizing two determining aspects for the success of its deployment: High Dynamic Range (HDR) and Wide Color Gamut (WCG).

As far as audio is concerned, BIT Audiovisual hosted a conference on the DANTE protocol and its impact on production centers. And as it could not be otherwise, also the radio was the protagonist of the Show with a talk in which the possibilities that hybrid radio opens up compared to a 100% digital option were raised.
