AEQ appoints Iván Olmeda as new CEO
Olmeda, who joined AEQ's management team in 2014 after the absorption of Kroma Telecom, will succeed Rogelio de la Fuente after 35 years at the head of the company.

Olmeda (40), who until now was responsible for the company's Business Development department, has more than 20 years of experience in the broadcast industry, always linked to manufacturing. He joined AEQ's management team in 2014 following the absorption of Kroma Telecom, where he held the position of CEO.
"It is a very thoughtful decision and an important step for the growth of the company. It is a guarantee to begin this new stage with a person with Iván's profile and experience. We are convinced that we leave AEQ in good hands and with great expectations for the future," said Rogelio de la Fuente, who will remain as advisor to the new CEO until the end of 2018, and who will continue to be linked to the company as a member of the Board.

With the absorption of Kroma Telecom in 2014, it increases its development potential for intercom and video processing solutions.
