Genelec strengthens its European team with Eric Horstmann as regional business development director

He will bring extensive experience in post-production to his new position, having worked for several post-production companies in Berlin and held various senior positions at Avid.

Genelec has reinforced its commitment to the European market with the appointment of Eric Horstmann as regional business development director. Based in Berlin and reporting to the International Sales Director Be JensenHorstmann will assume responsibility for Western Europe with a special focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland, working alongside Genelec's distribution partners in those territories.

He is fluent in German, English and French, and will bring extensive post-production experience to his new position. He previously held high-profile positions at Avid and previously worked for several post-production companies in Berlin.

He is credited with a key role in creating the first German Dolby Atmos-equipped studio at Rotor Film, and is highly respected in the broadcast, post-production and recording sectors.
