Honors

  • First Prize: The Last Virgin by Bàrbara Farré. Shocking story of a preteen's obsession with losing her virginity due to the pressure of her environment.
  • Second Prize: The accident by Marta Font Pascual. In this surprising and hyperrealistic short, reality and fiction merge in the meta-cinematic story of an accident.
  • Third Prize: Marilyn Monroe wants to talk to Warhol about Christian Flores. With a dizzying montage, an imaginary telephone conversation between two myths of the 20th century, Marilyn Monroe and Andy Warhol, is narrated.
  • Special Mention from the Jury: Lentils by Carlos Blanco Barberà. A trivial conversation between a mother and a daughter has an unexpected ending, bringing issues to the table that perhaps should not have come to light.
  • AISGE Award for Best Female Performance: Nuria Herrero by Seattle by Marta Aledo. The story of the relationship of two lovers over the years is brilliantly interpreted by Nuria Herrero and her co-star, Antonio Galeano.
  • AISGE Award for Best Male Performance: Francesco Carril by Sushi by Roberto Martín Maiztegui. In a long fixed shot, Francesco Carril has a conversation with his girlfriend, after which the couple's relationship will enter a new and uncertain stage.
