The short film 'I-D', by Daniel Andrés Pedrosa, wins the VII RNE Short Film Contest

‘Te desconozco’, de Toni y Juanlu Ruiz, y ‘Trato preferente’, de Carlos Polo, segundo y tercer puesto respectivamente.

Daniel Andrés Pedrosa ha recibido este martes el premio de la VII edición del Concurso de Cortos de RNE por su obra I-D. Una crítica del español medio en tono humorístico, que ha sido seleccionada entre 159 propuestas originales y de temática libre. El autor del cortometraje ha recibido el premio de manos del director de RNE, Alfonso Nasarre, en un acto celebrado en la Sala Berlanga de Madrid.

I-D, obra de Daniel Andrés Pedrosa, demuestra con un tono humorístico cómo prácticamente cualquier cosa puede ser objeto de estudio científico, especialmente si se trata de un español medio.

RNE también ha reconocido a Te desconozco, dirigido por Toni y Juanlu Ruiz, y a preferential treatment, de Carlos Polo, con el segundo y tercer puesto respectivamente. Galardones que han entregado el expresidente de la Academia de Cine y presidente del jurado, Enrique González Macho, y José Luis García Canido, director general de la Fundación SGAE.

Junto a ellos, han completado la nómina de finalistas El equipo invisible, ¡Laura, Laura!, Princesa china, Runner, The working dead, Valor de un sueño y Selfish.

The jury was chaired by Enrique González Macho, former president of the Film Academy, and composed of actress Natalia de Molina, winner of a Goya for Best New Actress for Living is easy with your eyes closed; Ricardo Gómez, who plays Carlos in Tell me how it happened; Montserrat Santalla, president of the New Directors Platform; José Luis García Canido, general director of the SGAE; and Yolanda Flores, program director from movie of RNE, which will broadcast a special edition this Friday, June 26 at 12 midnight with the participation of the winners.

The prize consists of 3,000 euros that the winner agrees to reinvest in a film production to be shown the following year and a special showing of the short film on TVE. In addition, on the RTVE website, users can also enjoy the short finalists and those submitted to the competition.
