Panasonic rewards the winners of its short film contest

Panasonic has announced the winners of the short video contest, organized in collaboration with Filmutea to support the launch of its new professional micro 4/3 camcorder, the AG-AF101. Fran Kapilla, with his short film 'Ideas', has won the contest. Pablo F. Garvía and Mick Traen achieved second and third place, respectively.

The competition organized by Panasonic and Filmutea to support the launch of the new professional micro 4/3 camcorder, AG-AF101, already has a winner. The contest allowed participants to publish their videos, lasting between 30 seconds and two minutes, using their audiovisual tools and based on the creativity of the AG-AF101 advertisement, giving free rein to their artistic creativity.

The jury, made up of members from Panasonic and Filmutea, has awarded the first prize “Best video” to Fran Kapilla, for his work Ideas. This award is endowed with a professional micro 4/3 camcorder, model Panasonic AG-AF101.

The second prize went to Pablo F. Garvía, for A movie day, equipped with a Full HD 1080p home cinema projector, model Panasonic PT-AE4000.

Mick Traen has won third prize with DreamPanasonic, equipped with a 42” Full HD 3D plasma, Panasonic TX-P42GT20 model.

In addition, the jury has drawn up a list of the ten best videos (you can see here). Its authors will receive a training session on professional broadcast solutions at the Panasonic offices.

Filmutea, an audiovisual production company based in Barcelona, ​​manages a community of more than 40,000 filmmakers in Spain. It connects them with brands through calls; and develops and produces its own Transmedia projects (content to be consumed in multiple formats), such as Panzer Chocolate. In addition, it offers creative consulting services to other companies, on financing, production and exploitation of audiovisual projects using the Internet and new technologies.
