Andreu Vilamitjana, new general director of Cisco Spain
Previously, Vilamitjana was general commercial director of T-Systems Iberia and director of large companies and public administrations at Orange.
Starting next Monday, Andrew Vilamitjana will be the new general director of Cisco Spain, leading all the company's activities in the country.
In his new role, Andreu will be responsible for integrating all areas of Cisco, technology solutions and the partner ecosystem to help organizations successfully adopt intelligent and highly secure digital platforms.
Santiago Solanas, vice president of Cisco for Southern Europe, highlights that "Andreu brings extensive experience in different key areas for digitalization. His visionary and inspiring leadership will allow us to accelerate innovation and benefit our customers, partners and society."

Senior Electronics Engineer from the Ramón Llull–La Salle University, MBA from ESADE and a graduate from the INSEAD Advanced Management Program, Andreu has more than 25 years of experience in the ICT sector. He has been Global Vice President of Vertical Businesses at Sage and General Director of the SMB and Start Up Division at Sage Spain.
Previously, Andreu was general commercial director of T-Systems Iberia and director of large companies and public administrations at Orange. He has also worked at Siemens and Lotus (currently IBM).
