Ikusi buys the telecommunications networks and IT infrastructure company Aryse Comunicaciones

For Ikusi, this acquisition means strengthening its position in this area in Europe since until now this activity was highly developed in the Latin American market, especially in Mexico and Colombia. Ikusi and Aryse have collaborated on various projects in recent years so their integration will be a natural process.
Among the projects in which both have collaborated, the project of vehicle access control systems at the port of Barcelona, the train-ground communications for the Mark IV fleet of Irish Rail's Intercity or the shadow toll for trucks on the N1 of Etzegarate, among others, stand out.
