América Tv and Mediapro will co-produce original content

Both companies will develop and co-produce three series for the global market over the next three years

Mediapro Agreement - Grupo América

The Mediapro Studio, through Mediapro Argentina, and America TV, belonging to Grupo América (a leading Argentine conglomerate of media companies), have signed a collaboration agreement for the development, production and marketing of original content.

The agreement between both companies extends for a period of three years and establishes the creation of three series that will be distributed in the global market.

“The alliance with The Mediapro Studio comes at a strategic moment and represents recognition of the quality and development and production capacity of our teams, as well as an important commitment to investment and job creation,” he commented. Sergio Basich, CEO of América TV.

For its part, Jose D’ Amato, director of Mediapro Argentina, said: "We are very satisfied with this agreement due to the trust placed by Grupo América TV in The Mediapro Studio for the implementation of innovative projects in our country, which aim to combine the experience and capacity of both companies to win new markets."
