AK-UC3330, the new Panasonic camera with 4K MOS S35mm sensor that offers the highest sensitivity and low noise

Compatible with multiple 4K/HD formats for flexible operation and adapted to various production applications, the new camera features a large 11-megapixel 4K image sensor that achieves a resolution of 2,000 lines.

In the fourth quarter of this year Panasonic will launch the new AK-UC3300, a 4K studio camera equipped with a large S35mm 4K MOS sensor to achieve high video quality ideal for a wide variety of production applications, such as broadcast studios, live events and esports.

The AK-UC3300 has a 4K image sensor 11 megapixels large size that achieves a resolution of 2000 television lines and is compatible with HDR (HLG) e ITU-R BT.2020. With a high sensitivity of F10 (2000 lx), it enables high-quality video recording with low noise, maintaining a signal-to-noise ratio of 62 dB or higher.

Compatible with multiple formats 4K and HD, the camera system is suitable for a wide variety of production applications. The camera system and its interfaces greatly enhance the operational capability of 4K audiovisual production and support a 12G-SDI output, which can output uncompressed 4K video with a single coaxial cable; ato TICO output over SDI (4K over 3G-SDI), which allows the transmission of 4K signals over conventional 3G-SDI cables; and the standard of Next generation IP transmission SMPTE ST2110.

The AK-UC3300 UHD camera system is designed for optimal audiovisual production in dynamic environments. In addition to the 2x high-speed HD recording function, the distortion reduction function (performed by high-speed sweeps at 1/100th of a second) offers excellent operational capability when recording fast movements, such as sports broadcasts and live events.

Furthermore, the system has been developed with a new 1/5 type remote control panel (AK-HRP1015GJ) with a color LCD readout screen, which allows using the graphical user interface and also supports PoE+ and IP control. The system is also compatible with Panasonic's current AK-HRP1000/AK-HRP1005 remote control panels. For convenient and high-quality recording on site, a visor en color OLED Full HD 1.78 cm (0.7 inches) AJ-CVF70GJ for use with the camera system.
