The headquarters has been conceived as a practical and sustainable container. It works as a whole, but can be conceptually divided into two large areas, with the common purpose of offering the best service to DAMA members, who already number more than 1,400.

They are spacious, open and 100% connected offices, which are committed to zero paper and efficient use of energy.

The rest of the space has reserved meeting and work rooms for members and three small auditoriums, with different capacities, for talks, conferences and the presentation of audiovisual content. In addition, there is also an area for more relaxed meetings, where in addition to working you can have a coffee. All spaces have been organized taking into account the needs of social distancing to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

Beyond the office, it is about creating a work and creation space, which also provides a boost to the cultural activity of the center of Madrid in a particularly difficult period due to the effects of the coronavirus pandemic.

Founded in 1999, DAMA is the only Spanish entity specialized in the collective management of copyright of audiovisual works. Chaired by the director and screenwriter Borja Cobeaga (San Sebastián, 1977), has more than 1,400 members. In addition, it manages in Spain the remuneration rights of audiovisual authors (directors and scriptwriters) from 37 countries that produce audiovisual works, such as the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Japan and Korea.
