Movistar+ will market conventional Pluto TV advertising in Spain
Pluto TV will be available at the end of October offering 40 exclusive thematic channels and thousands of hours of content.
Movistar+ will be the strategic partner of Pluto TV in his arrival in Spain as advertising marketer of the new platform. As announced ViacomCBS Networks International, Pluto TV, its free, no-registration advertising-supported streaming service, will be available in Spain at the end of October through www.pluto.tv, Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV and mobile devices, both Android and iOS.
It is about the first AVOD (advertising-based video on demand) completely free and without registration in the Spanish market which, at its launch, will have 40 exclusive and themed channels with movies, series, children's programming, reality shows, sports and gaming, and thousands of hours of content.
New channels will be added to the offer monthly, reaching 50 by the end of 2020 and a total of 100 by the end of 2021. The new service also includes an extensive catalog of video on demand content, all of which are also free.
Pluto TV has innovative advertising technology and will be Movistar+, the audiovisual entertainment offering of the leading Telefónica group in Spain, the company that markets the platform's conventional advertising.

Thus, the free, no-registration advertising-supported streaming platform is easy to use and presents content from film and television studios and different local and international production companies. At its launch, more than 20 partners such as All3Media, Endemol Shine, Fremantle or Lionsgate, among others, offer their content on Pluto TV Spain, reaching a larger audience, with content adapted to each user.
