AJA Ki Pro Go v3.0

AJA Video Systems You have updated the firmware of your recorder/player Ki Pro Go v3.0, introducing expanded recording options, network based recording and support for SMB protocols through GigE network connectivity.

Nick Rashby, president of AJA, highlights that “in response to customer feedback and industry demand, we have updated the Ki Pro Go with powerful new network storage compatibility to improve workflow flexibility and expand recording options.”

“Simultaneous recording to local USB drives and network storage offers versatile options for primary and archive recording, ideal for a range of production scenarios including live events and sports broadcasts,” he adds.

When used as a primary recording location, ENDs and processing systems can access source media directly from the NAS, offering immediate access from anywhere on the LAN. For live event workflows, the NAS can be used as backup or archive storage, while local USB drives can be delivered to clients after recordings. Lastly, multiple Ki Pro Go devices can connect to the same centralized NAS storage, further increasing system flexibility.
