Proton introduces 4K in its miniature cameras

Proton Camera Innovations will present its expanded range of mini cameras at NAB 2025, highlighting how its compact, high-performance designs are redefining cinematography, especially in the field of sports.

En Las Vegas, Proton exhibirá la nueva 4K Flex, que incorpora la resolución ultra alta a la gama de Proton. Esta cámara introduce la captura de imágenes 4K con el mismo cableado flexible que el modelo Flex estándar. Su unidad principal compacta (28 x 28 x 20 mm) se conecta a la ECU (28 x 38 x 23 mm, 46 g) a través de un cable de hasta 30 centímetros, lo que garantiza una colocación discreta en retransmisiones deportivas y producciones a gran escala.

La cámara ofrece un ángulo ultra gran angular de hasta 120°, un alto rango dinámico de 12 bits con dos paradas adicionales únicas y total compatibilidad con HDR (HLG, PQ, S-log3). Diseñada para una alta sensibilidad y bajo ruido, offers exceptional performance in low light conditions and consumes only 6W of power. With stereo microphone and indicator light, it represents a versatile option for demanding broadcast environments.

Proton will also present a prototype of its latest addition to the range, exclusively at NAB2025.
