Canon opens a Professional Service Center in Spain

This new service and support center for professional photography and video is located in Alcobendas (Madrid) and will allow Canon to expand and improve the technical coverage offered to its customers, adding to the existing Authorized Service centers.

Canon has launched a new technical support center para equipos de fotografía y de vídeo profesional con el ánimo de ampliar su oferta de servicios de soporte y reparación, responder a las necesidades cada vez más exigentes del mercado y dar apoyo a su base de usuarios, atendiendo a los más altos estándares de calidad.

Equipped with the most modern technology in image diagnostic instruments, it also has state-of-the-art adjustment rooms that guarantee compliance with the strict optical quality standards of its equipment. This includes the new EOS R range, both for camera bodies and RF lenses, covering fixed focal length lenses up to 800 mm or ultra high definition image capture/recording, among others.

With the creation of this Official Service operated by Canon, the company expands and improves the technical coverage offered to its customers, adding to the existing Authorized Service centers operated by third parties.

Este nuevo centro de asistencia técnica denominado Professional Service Centre España, que ya está operativo, se encuentra ubicado en las mismas instalaciones que las oficinas centrales de Canon España, en Avenida de Europa, 6 en Alcobendas (Madrid).
