Canon opens a Professional Service Center in Spain

This new service and support center for professional photography and video is located in Alcobendas (Madrid) and will allow Canon to expand and improve the technical coverage offered to its customers, adding to the existing Authorized Service centers.

Canon has launched a new technical support center for professional photography and video equipment with the aim of expanding its offer of support and repair services, responding to the increasingly demanding needs of the market and supporting its user base, meeting the highest quality standards.

Equipped with the most modern technology in image diagnostic instruments, it also has state-of-the-art adjustment rooms that guarantee compliance with the strict optical quality standards of its equipment. This includes the new EOS R range, both for camera bodies and RF lenses, covering fixed focal length lenses up to 800 mm or ultra high definition image capture/recording, among others.

With the creation of this Official Service operated by Canon, the company expands and improves the technical coverage offered to its customers, adding to the existing Authorized Service centers operated by third parties.

This new technical assistance center called Professional Service Center Spain, which is already operational, is located in the same facilities as the Canon Spain headquarters, at Avenida de Europa, 6 in Alcobendas (Madrid).
