Teradek enables remote camera control with the Bolt 4K Monitor Module TX

The Bolt family of Teradek continues to grow with the Bolt 4K Monitor Module TX that will allow cameras to be controlled remotely.

He Bolt 4K Monitor Module TX integrates into any monitor SmallHD Smart 7, unifying the power supply, mounting point and wiring. Its differentiating characteristic is its integrated wireless camera control, which makes camera management possible as standard ARRI up to 228 meters away.

This feature is expected to reach the end of summer. RED Komodo and to the DSMC2.

Feature for SmallHD users

Wireless camera control doesn't just stop at the Bolt 4K Monitor Module TX, but also reaches users of camera control software SmallHD. Those interested in taking advantage of the new wireless functionality developed by Teradek will be able to do so “at no additional cost” through a firmware update, as long as they use their monitors with a set Bolt 4K Monitor Module TX/RX.
