AMP Visual Tv updates its mobile units and studios with EVS VIA technology

The French broadcast service provider AMP Visual Tv prepares to offer greater production capacity and flexibility with VIA technology and new LiveCeption Signature solution from EVS.

AMP Visual Tv has acquired a dozen XT-VIA servers for deployment in the fleet of more than 30 mobile units that it usually uses for sports productions and in its more than 20 connected studio facilities where some of the most popular entertainment programs in France are produced.

In addition to the servers, it has purchased 24 LSM-VIA remote control units that allow operators to access content on the XT-VIA servers and create instant replays and summaries of the highest level of production.
