Open call for pitching 'I+P, Ideas to Produce 2021', initiative of the Galician Audiovisual Cluster

The 15th edition of the I+P pitching, Ideas to produce organized by the Galician Audiovisual Cluster It will take place on November 30 and December 1, 2021.

He I+P, Ideas to Produce Its objective is to bring together producers, scriptwriters and directors who have a film or television project, and who are seeking business alliances for its co-production, sale or distribution, with directors of television channels and platforms, executive producers, distributors and international sales managers.

Producers and creators interested in participating in this new edition of I+P can register their works until October 6 sending the registration form to comunicacion@clag.es. Both the call and the form are available on the website of the Galician Audiovisual Cluster.

Among all the works received, a committee of experts will select 18 film and television projects, which will be announced in November. The chosen candidates will have the opportunity to carry out a pitch on December 1 in front of prominent agents of the audiovisual sector. Next, the meetings will be held one to one between the producers and creators of the works and the experts who attend this year's Pitching.

Collaboration with AGAG and Filmarket Hub

The I+P, Ideas to Produce and the Galician Union of Screenwriters (AGAG) have renewed their collaboration with the aim of encouraging the participation of the members of this association in pitching with preferential conditions. The project of the AGAG partners best valued by the Selection Committee among all those registered in the “I+P, Ideas to Produce” will have direct access to the day, enjoying the same discount as members of the Galician Audiovisual Cluster. If there are more projects from AGAG members selected to participate in the conference, the general conditions will apply to them.

On the other hand, the online platform Filmmarket Hub will once again support “I+P, Ideas to Produce”. The feature films and series in development selected to participate in the 15th edition of the forum will be included for an unlimited time in the exclusive catalog of Filmarket Hub, the online market that operates on the European continent and in Latin America. In this way, the projects will have greater visibility and dissemination, increasing their chances of finding possible co-producers or buyers and being able to access other companies in addition to those participating in the pitching.

Además, las empresas asociadas a alguno de los clústeres audiovisuales del territorio español, y no sólo del Clúster Audiovisual Galego, gozarán en esta nueva edición de descuentos especiales para el “I+P, Ideas para Producir”.
