On November 24 and 25, Pontevedra will host the 14th edition of the professional forum “I+P, Ideas for Producing” organized by the Galician Audiovisual Cluster.

I+P Ideas to produceUntil October 6th Galician Audiovisual Cluster The deadline to register audiovisual projects in the 14th edition of pitching R&P, Ideas to produce, which will be celebrated on the days November 24 and 25 in Pontevedra with all personal protection and social distance measures against Covid-19.

He I+P, Ideas to Produce Its objective is to bring together producers, scriptwriters and directors who have a film or television project, and who are seeking business alliances for its co-production, sale or distribution, with directors of television channels and platforms, executive producers, distributors and international sales managers.

Among all the works received a committee of experts will select 15 film and television projects to hold, on November 25, a pitch in front of prominent agents in the audiovisual sector. Next, one-to-one meetings will be held between the producers and creators of the works and the experts who attend this year's Pitching.

En el caso de que llegado el momento las condiciones existentes no permitiesen realizar el pitching de modo presencial, el Clúster Audiovisual Galego celebrará una edición online del I+P, Ideas to Produce en las mismas fechas e informará de este cambio a todos los participantes.

En su 14ª edición el I+P, Ideas to Produce cuenta con el apoyo de la Xunta de Galicia, a través de la Axencia Galega das Industrias Culturais (AGADIC) y el Instituto Galego de Promoción Económica (Igape), y del Ayuntamiento de Pontevedra. Con el patrocinio de Gadisa y Music Library & SFX, y la colaboración de las asociaciones CREA y AGAG, la plataforma Filmarket Hub y la Pontevedra Film Commission.

Este año, además de la Asociación Galician Association of Management and Implementation Professionals (CREA), also collaborates with the I+P, Ideas to Produce the Galician Union Association of Screenwriters (AGAG). These collaborations aim to encourage the participation of CREA and AGAG members in pitching with preferential conditions.

Thus, the project of the partners of both associations most valued by the Selection Committee among all those registered in the I+P, Ideas to Produce You will have direct access to the event, enjoying the same discount as members of the Galician Audiovisual Cluster. In the event that there are more projects from CREA and AGAG members selected to participate in the conference, the general conditions will apply to these.

As a novelty in this edition, companies associated with any of the audiovisual clusters in Spanish territory, and not only those of the Galician Audiovisual Cluster, will also enjoy special discounts for el I+P, Ideas to Produce.

The online platform Filmmarket Hub continue supporting the I+P, Ideas to Produce. So the feature films and series selected to participate in the 14th edition of the forum will be included in the Filmarket Hub catalog and will enjoy a year of free registration in the online market that operates on the European continent and in Latin America. In this way, the projects will have one more year of greater visibility and dissemination, increasing their chances of finding possible co-producers or buyers and being able to access other companies in addition to those participating in the pitching.
