The large private financial funds for the audiovisual sector will participate in Iberseries Platino Industria
Iberseries Platinum Industry has opened the registration period to request one-to-one meetings with the large private financial funds that will participate in this initiative. EGEDA y Sequoia Foundation.
Funds specialized in audiovisual content from the US, Chile, Mexico, Dominican Republic, France and Spain have already confirmed their participation, such as Bold Finance, Elipsis Capital, Film Finances, Grupo Black Panther, Medianet Partners-Lantica Media, Natixis Coficiné/Strate Fin, Screen Capital and Stampede Ventures, to which other prominent private investment funds will be added that will be announced soon.
These collective investment institutions are also joined by CREA SGR, the Reciprocal Guarantee Company specialized in the culture sector in Spain.
Participants who are accredited in IPI (Iberseries Platino Industria) and do so before September 3, will be able to pre-schedule, from the moment of their registration and meeting request, the meetings to be held one to one with the most prominent financial funds that have confirmed their attendance at the largest international professional event in the Spanish and Portuguese-speaking audiovisual industry, tourism and education, Iberseries Platino Industria, which will be held from September 27 to 1 of October.
The Reciprocal Guarantee Company CREA SGR, the main Spanish financial entity in charge of providing guarantees for audiovisual and cultural projects, will also be present. This non-profit entity has been an indispensable tool during the pandemic time to inject liquidity to SMEs (small or medium-sized businesses), the self-employed (individual entrepreneurs), associations, foundations, A.I.E (economic interest groups) and festivals in the cultural and creative sector of Spain.
The private financial funds present at Iberseries Platino Industria will participate in sessions with panels, debates and presentations by experts in international co-production and financing, in which new business models for the production of audiovisual content will be addressed, where private financing has become vitally important, with the emergence of different agents and financial instruments, the updating of tax incentives and Venture Capital.
