Viewpoint acquires Mobile Viewpoint for 18.3 million dollars (15.5 million euros)
The company specialized in capture, delivery and high quality live video management and associated data Vislink has closed the acquisition of Mobile Viewpoint for 18.3 million dollars (15.5 million euros).
The operation consists of an agreement to buy shares worth 14.8 million euros and the assumption and payment of 700,000 euros of interempressarial debt. Mobile Viewpoint, Triple It Corporate subsidiary, is based in the Netherlands and offices in Dubai and Mexico City.
