Ooona integrates memoQ's translation technology into its subtitling platform
The Toolset of memoQ has been integrated into the subtitling platform of Ooona, supplier of production tools for the audiovisual media localization sector.
memoQ He specializes in the development of translation management systems. Its goal is to build tools that increase productivity and improve the consistency and quality of translation workflows. Using this platform, translators will be able to take advantage of pre-created translations of similar content or perform matching searches.
Similarly, memoQ also allows on-the-go access to Key Terms, Names & Phrasesas well as Quickly identify errors that go unnoticed easily, such as double spaces or the lack of punctuation marks. In addition, it helps to locate the differences between the source and target texts in terms of numbers, typography or font style.
Automation layer
Alex Yoffe, Product Manager at Ooona Tools, confirms that the aim of this agreement has been to provide "the additional layer of automation that subtitlers have been asking for a long time".
