Fifteen projects will seek co-production in Proyecta 2022

Organized by Ventana Sur, the Marché du Film de Cannes and the San Sebastián Festival, between November 28 and December 2, Project 2022 will host the presentation to production companies, international sales agencies and festival programming managers of 15 projects seeking co-production between Europe and Latin America with the aim of completing their financing and finding new partners.

For this edition, a total of 172 proposals in a call that has had as a novelty the requirement that they be first and second works.

The fifth edition of Proyecta, which will be held in person and online Within the framework of Ventana Sur, it will consist of a pitching session on November 30 in Buenos Aires by its producers and one-on-one in-person appointments on December 1. Projects will also have the possibility of making appointments online on December 6.

La selección está compuesta por doce proyectos latinoamericanos, procedentes de Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, México, Perú, y Venezuela, y tres europeos: dos con producción francesa y portuguesa y un tercero español, Nosotros / Us, presentado en el Foro de Coproducción Europa-América Latina del Festival de San Sebastián. Agustina Chiarino (Mutante Cine & Bocacha Films), Paulo Roberto de Carvalho (Autentika Films) y Esperanza Luffiego (Festival de San Sebastián) han estado a cargo de la selección. Como novedad, este año se concederá a uno de los proyectos un premio dotado con 5.000 euros.
