Viz Mosart (Vizrt) eliminates the need for a mixer in automated workflows

The latest update of Viz Mosart, automation solution Vizrt, makes it possible to create automated productions without the need for a dedicated video switcher through the new Engine Switcher.

Engine Switcher allows the automated content production focused on the graphics and the automated switching based on scenes without the need for a dedicated mixer. In this way, the latest Viz Mosart feature makes it possible to design entire programs as a graphic scene, including video switching. This proposal allows journalists to define the content of the programs in the list and accompany them with a visual proposal forceful while everything is automated with the Vizrt solution.

Engine Switcher, inspired by the recent collaboration between Vizrt and the German news network Welt, allows, in definitive, the automated SDI and SMPTE ST 2110 source switching, and the Clip playback, transitions, DVEs and 3D graphics rendering in one integrated, software-defined solution. On the horizon is the NDI source switching, a feature that is reserved for a future update.

In addition to Engine Switcher, the latest version of Viz Mosart enter the HTTPS and FTPS security protocols to further strengthen system security; add a additional control of third party devices for routing, audio mixing and audio playback, and various bug fixes.
